Building Better Returns Seminar with Nils Kok

Please find attached an article from the AFR on Building Better Returns Seminar – this seminar was a preview and discussion of the research that the API and PFA is conducting, with research being undertaken by University of Western Sydney and the Maastricht University, Netherlands in conjunction with JLL and CBRE. Dr Nils Kok (Maastricht University) is currently in Australia and was the guest speaker at the event (and a similar one in Melbourne today), with a panel of industry professionals.

 

Roger Walker, EcoStrategies and Steering Committee Chair acted as moderator for the panel comprising of Lauren Haas from Brookfield Multiplex, Anthony De Francesco from IPD Australia and New Zealand and Matthew Clark from the Office of Environment and Heritage. The panel was a great way to get various points of view on sustainability in the property industry.
