The seminar is organized by the Centre for Law and Economics of the Chinese University of Political Science and Law (CUPL), where the seminar will also take place, in collaboration with the Maastricht European Institute for Transnational Legal Research (METRO) and the Rotterdam Institute for Law and Economics (RILE), both located in the Netherlands.
