Maastricht Entrepreneurship Day

This year Maastricht University is once again organising a unique Maastricht Entrepreneurship Week. Not only will there be numerous student activities, but also a special meeting for UM alumni, entrepreneurs, managers and ambitious employees.

It will be an interactive meeting in which you can design your own programme. Would you like to renew or expand your network? Gain knowledge? Get inspired? These are all good reasons to take one of the educational master classes and to share your experiences with others afterwards during the network drinks).

Programme:

15.30: Reception and registration

16.00: Welcome speech and introduction by Fred Bouns, coordinator of Maastricht University Campus Venlo

16.30 – 18.00: Master classes (choose one of the following)
1. The Language of Meetings by Clive Lawrence, teacher at UM Language Centre (language: English)
2. Chances for synergy by Erik Joosten, Manager of Arion (language: Dutch)
3. How to use bad economic times to your advantage by Maurits Horbach, alumnus of the School of Business & Economics (language: Dutch)
4. Are you an entrepreneur… or not? by Job Franken, author of various management books (language: Dutch)
5. Brand management in a virtual world by Gwen Noteborn, ICT Innovation Manager School of Business and Economics (language: English)
6. Service Science factory by Paul Iske, Director of Dialogues Incubator at ABN ARMO, consultant and Professor Innovation & Entrepreneurship (language: English)
