Maastricht University in collaboration with Maastricht School of Management and Zuyd University of Applied Sciences present the Maastricht Summer School.
More than 20 courses of all kinds, a fun social programme and guest rooms are waiting for you.
Admission
The courses are geared towards students at 2nd a 3rd year bachelor's level but may of course also be interesting for master's students. If there are specific admission requirements, these will be published with the course description in question. Most of the courses however do not have any admission requirements. There is no IELTS, TOEFL or other proof of English proficiency level required; we hope you can decide for yourself whether you posess the adequate level of English to follow the academic courses.
Credits
The 2-week courses are worth 4 ECTS. The 6-week language courses 12 ECTS.
Time schedule and course offer
There are three course periods of two weeks each:
Each course period has a different course offer apart from the 'Career Package' and the course 'Preuve (= a taste) of Maastricht and beyond', that will run three times. The 'Career Package' and 'Preuve' course can be taken next to the academic course of your choice if the teaching schedule allows it. We will try our best to make the Career Package and the 'Preuve' course available to everyone.
The course study load combined with the social programme are such that only one academic course at a time can be taken.
There are two 6-week courses in languages: 'Intensive Introduction to German' and 'Intensive Introduction to French'.

There are no scholarships, grants or tuition waivers available for the summer courses.
