As of 20 February, we will have our Summer School courses online. Registration will being on 15 March. Since this is the Summer School’s first year, setting up the programme is a dynamic process and we hope for your understanding and trust: we only want the best for you.
Important facts:
The Summer School will take place from 9 July to 17 August and the courses will be offered in blocks of 2 weeks (each course will be 2 weeks long, with some exceptions). The timeline will contain 3 block periods:
To give you an idea of what to expect, we have confirmed that the following courses will be offered:
- Doing Business in Asia
- Women and Entrepreneurship in developing countries and emerging economies
- Country Risk Analysis
- Seminar on India
- Financial crisis in Europe
- Ethical dilemmas in cinema
- Business Intelligence
The courses are designed for an audience at 2nd/3rd year bachelor's/undergraduate level but may be interesting for master's/graduate level students as well.
Design your future with the Career Package, offered by the Maastricht Summer School in cooperation with Maastricht University Career Services, including:

Companies will be invited to participate in these events. You can take part in the workshops next to the academic courses. It will be invaluable to your career.
Fees and housing
The average course fee will be around € 300 per week, or € 600 for a 2-week course. Housing will be arranged for you for € 189.70 for 14 nights in a single room in our Guesthouse. Only € 13.55 per night!
