Skills trainings
Problem Based Learning (PBL) involves more than simply acquiring knowledge. Together with your tutorial group, you will actively explore the topics you are studying. You will learn to apply new insights immediately, as it will be up to you to research and defend or refute them. This form of active learning helps you retain what you have learned and acquire new skills, such as presenting your point of view, debating, leading a discussion and writing clear papers.
You will also acquire various skills relevant to your field. For example, you learn to plead a case in the mock court, develop medical skills in the skills lab, are trained in patient contact on mock patients, or work on negotiation skills by simulating European decision-making processes.
