Scholarships
If you come to study in Maastricht and have a non-Dutch nationality, you may be eligible for a scholarship or study grant. These are provided by the country you currently live in or by other public or private organisations. Maastricht University offers only a limited amount of scholarship opportunities for bachelor's students. For information on scholarships for master's students, please refer to our Scholarship Office. Information on grants for foreign students who wish to study in the Netherlands can be found on the Nuffic website. For information on tuition fees, please refer to the faculty that offers the programme of your choice.
Für deutsche Studenten
Studenten mit der deutschen Staatsangehörigkeit, können auch bei einem Studium in den Niederlanden, Recht auf das deutsche Bundesausbildungsförderungsgesetz (BAfög) haben. Im Moment plant die deutsche Bundesregierung das BAfög Gesetz so zu ändern, dass auch Deutsche, die im europäischen Ausland wohnen und studieren, während des gesamten Studiums, Recht auf BAfög haben. Die Gesetzte verändern regelmäßig. Daher raten wir Ihnen an, sich bei Ihrem Bafög-Amt zu informieren.
