Prospective students and their parents can refer to the Student Services Centre (SSC) for answers to their questions. If you want to know more about matters such as studying in Maastricht, application, registration, and tuition fees, you can visit, call or e-mail the SSC. Your question will be answered right away or you will be directed to our specialised staff.
Service & Information Desk at the UM Visitors' Centre
You can visit the Service & Information Desk at the Student Services Centre at Bonnefantenstraat 2. This is where the UM Visitors' Centre is located. In addition to information about UM you can also enjoy a cup of coffee, espresso or sandwich from the Blanche Dael Coffeelovers outlet. Opening hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The call centre at the Student Services Centre can be contacted at +31 (0)43 388 5388 on Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Map and directions to UM locations
Maastricht University maintains a series of interactive Google maps with UM locations in both Maastricht city centre and Randwyck. Simply find your location in the left panel and click on it to get directions to/from almost anywhere in Europe. You can toggle between walking and driving directions as part of Google's search functions.
