Programme elements
PREMIUM is a very demanding programme. It takes approximately 4 months and the total workload is approximately 250 hours of which:
- 150-175 hours are allocated for the group assignment
- 75-100 hours will be spent on competencies development (i.e. working on your career package, coaching, attending master classes/workshops)

- Personality tests
- Workbook and personal development plan
- Meeting with career counsellor
Week 1
UM team (students, project mentor, coach)
- Expectations
- Establishing and clarifying roles of all persons involved in the project
- Agreeing on rules of conduct regarding communication, behaviour and
UM team and client
- Clarifying goal of the project/defining project result
- Sharing mutual expectations and making agreements about roles,
- Planning and scheduling meetings
Week 2-11

Coaching
- 3 individual sessions
- 2 group sessions
Master classes, workshops and interactive lectures
It is mandatory to attend three master classes, workshops and interactive lectures of your choice!The sessions focus on themes that address some of the competencies that are at the core of the PREMIUM programme.
