PREMIUM is an honours programme for excellent master's studens. This programme offers you the opportunity to work on a team assignment for approximately 3 months (depending on the client’s needs). This experience will provide an excellent preparation for your future career. Read more about the format of the assignment.

Career package

PREMIUM students will enter the field well equipped. A carefully crafted career package will help you get the most out of your assignment. The package includes:

• online psychological tests
• teambuilding assignment
• workshops and master classes on topics including creative thinking,

Coaching and support

Throughout the assignment period you will receive support from a career counselor and a coach. Their expert advice will help you reflect and work on your team performance and your individual competency development plan.

Are you ready to invest?
Carrying a workload of approximately 250 hours, PREMIUM is a highly demanding excellence programme. All components of the programme are mandatory. Attendance is compulsory at all PREMIUM activities!

Certificate

Upon positive evaluation of your project results and team performance, you receive a PREMIUM certificate.
