PREMIUM is an honours programme for excellent master’s students. During this programme you will get the opportunity to develop your generic (labour market) competences in a multidisciplinary group setting. Together with other participants you will work on a challenging assignment of a UM business partner or institution.

Duration: between 8 – 12 weeks; 250 study hours. 
Participants pay a fee of € 50 for the workshops and the services provided by UM Career Services.

Think creatively
During the programme you will focus on the development of generic competencies that are relevant for the labour market. Examples of generic competencies are: the ability to assert authority, the ability to work together in a team and mobilize the capacities of others, the ability to coordinate actvities in a volatile and complex envrionment, etc.

Work with students from various disciplines
You will be matched in groups of three to five students from various faculties and/or disciplines. Disciplines such as law, economics, psychology, and life sciences can be necessary for the assignments, depending on the specific requirements and characteristics.

Apply your skills
By working together on a challenging assignment of a business partner or institution you have the opportunity to further develop generic (labour market) competences. You have the chance to contribute to the technological and social innovations the client wants to achieve. This programme allows you to make your mark in the labour market by demonstrating your content knowledge and practical skills.
