Visitors' Centre
The Visitors’ Centre is the place to be for an introduction to Maastricht University and to find answers to any questions you may have. Current and prospective students, parents, alumni, and anyone else who is interested are warmly welcomed. You can also come and enjoy a cup of coffee and a newspaper or shop for UM memorabilia.
The Visitors’ Centre is the common point of contact for various university services, particularly Student Services. At the information desk, students and prospective students can register, submit changes of address, arrange for an appointment with the student dean or psychologist, or submit questions to accommodation services. The Gift Shop in the back of the Visitors’ Centre sells clothing and other UM items, including sweaters, bags, ties and pens.
You can also sit down and relax at the reading table, which offers a variety of international newspapers and magazines. While doing so, you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee, espresso or hot chocolate from the Blanche Dael Coffeelovers outlet in the Visitors’ Centre.
The Visitors’ Centre is located at the former Bonnefanten Convent, Bonnefantenstraat 2. Opening hours are Monday through Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can also call the Visitors’ Centre at + 31 (0)43-3885388 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
