Education Prize 2011
Who beats them all when it comes to education?
Do you know someone or a group of people that made an extraordinary contribution to education at Universiteit Maastricht in 2011?
Then do not hesitate and nominate this person or group for the Education Prize 2011. The prize consists of a sculpture of artist Monique Aussems and the amount of € 5000,- of which € 2000,- will be spent on education.
Conditions
The contribution needs to be structural and interesting in itself. Furthermore it has to be inspiring and instructive for others, and may also serve as an example both within and outside the UM.

- your own name;
- the name of the person or group you wish to nominate;
- a letter explaining why this person or group is nominated by you of no more than 500 words and, if possible, a brief description of the career of the person or group you wish to nominate.
Furthermore it would be appreciated if you could provide us with some insightful material with regard to your nomination.
Deadline and award ceremony
Nominations must be received before 1 November 2011 in order to enable the jury to evaluate the entries. The award ceremony is scheduled to take place during the Dies Natalis on Friday 13 January, 2012.
