Information skills
The Maastricht University Library offers all sorts of courses and workshops in the field of information skills:
- searching for academic literature
- using resources (databases, software, etc.)
- electronically managing and using literature references (EndNote, citation styles, etc.).
In addition to curriculum-integrated library courses for students, which are scheduled in cooperation with the faculties, the library regularly offers courses for registered alumni and staff members from Maastricht University and the Maastricht academic hospital (azM). See the link below.
The library also makes manuals and tutorials for specific information and data files available.
Teaching staff who wish to pay more attention to information skills in their courses can contact the library via Ask your librarian, the library’s virtual information desk.
