Welcome to SBE research!
The Maastricht University School of Business and Economics' research and research graduate education are organized within the research institute METEOR, accredited by the Royal Dutch Academy of Science (KNAW) since 1997. METEOR offers a research graduate programme leading to a PhD degree that opens doors to a wide variety of career patterns. Furthermore, it stimulates research in various ways, provides incentives for new research initiatives, and oversees quality and productivity.
In short, the institute offers an environment that fosters top-class academic research in the fields of economics and business, while its Research Master and PhD programmes prepare prospective researchers for a challenging future.
