Mark Vluggen is an assistant professor in information systems. He joined the AIM department in 1996. He coordinates courses in the fields of information and knowledge management. He has presented papers at a.o.the Annual Congresses of the European Accounting Association and the European Conference on Accounting Information Systems. In 2007, he was the winner of the Excellent Undergraduate Educator Award of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.

Research interests
My research interests are in the field of information management and knowledge management. More specifically, I am interested in various research topics related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, the use of content ratings and credibility indicators in knowledge management systems and behavioural aspects of knowledge management efforts in organizations.
