The International Relations Office (IRO) of the Maastricht University School of Business and Economics (SBE) is responsible for all incoming and outgoing bachelor and master exchange students. SBE has around 139 exchange contacts with universities and institutions in 38 countries all over the world. On a yearly base, up to 700 SBE students spend part of their studies abroad within an exchange programme, and about 525 exchange students visit SBE.
The Double Degree Programmes co-ordinator is responsible for the incoming and outgoing Double Degree students. SBE has Double Degree programmes with Queen’s University, Queen's School of Business, Kingston, Canada (5 students), EDHEC Business School, Lille-Nice, France (15 students), QUT Business School, Brisbane, Australia (5 students), Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal (10 students) and Université Catholique de Louvain, Institut d’administration et de Gestion, Louvain-la Neuve, Belgium. The Internship Office is responsible for the SBE internships at international companies (e.g. Daimler Chrysler, Bosch, InterFinanz, Simon & Kucher, Capgemini, Atos, PWC, Mercedes Benz, BDO and DSM). On a yearly base approximately 150 bachelor and 35 master students do an internship.
