Overview of courses
The psychology programme at Maastricht University is almost entirely offered in English. Each year of the bachelor's programme consists of four course periods in which two courses are offered in parallel and two short periods. Each course will be round off with a written exam. During the first part of the third year, students have the opportunity to choose from a variety of courses to complete their electives. In the second part of the third year, students can specialise in cognitive or biological psychology. Moreover, students can choose to write a bachelor's thesis or do an individual topic.
