FHML Honours Programme Governance of Health Care Innovation
This programme aims to deepen the FHML programme by focusing on issues concerning innovations in health care and the governance and management of innovation processes in European health care. In year 3, the students work on individual papers that will be combined in a joint project: a book about the governance of health care innovation.
The theme of this programme is new and attractive for students of all curricula in the FHML. The Honours programme enables to practice multidisciplinary cooperation and to experience the fruitfulness as well as the difficulties of it. New networks of innovation in health care require professionals that are capable of thinking out of the box and of relating different perspectives: this Honours programme provides the opportunity to start with acquiring theses skills.
Finally, the programme provides an opportunity for students to explore their ambitions with respect to leadership and responsibility in their future professional lives – as scientist, policy maker, physician or otherwise.
