Application procedure
If you are interested in the Visitors Workshop, please register.
Registration fee
The registration fee for the visitors workshop is € 650-.
The fee includes registration, all materials handed out before and during the workshop, lunches and coffee/tea breaks on Thursday and Friday, and dinner on Thursday.
Cancellation policy
If there are not sufficient registered participants for the Visitors Workshop, the organisation has the right to cancel the course at least 6 weeks prior to the start of the course. If the course is cancelled by SHE, fees already been paid will be fully refunded.
If a registered participant wishes to withdraw, cancellation and requests for a refund must be made in writing, addressed to the Visitors Workshop Secretariat, no later than 6 weeks prior to the start of the visitors Workshop. A € 50 cancellation fee plus bank commission will be deducted from refund cheques. No refund requests will be considered after these 6 weeks.
