Diana Dolmans holds a MSc degree in Education Sciences and a PhD from Maastricht University. Her PhD was on problem-based learning. Her research focuses on the key success factors of innovative curricula within higher education in general and problem-based learning in specific. She is internationally well acknowledged for her line of research within problem-based learning. She is a member of the management team of the research program Research in Education within the School of Health Professions Education. Furthermore, she is a member of the management team of the Master of Health Professions Education programme and a supervisor of several PhD candidates.
