SHEILA: SHE International League of Alumni

Why an alumni network?
With SHEILA we facilitate activities for and by alumni of the MHPE and PhD programmes. 
This network provides a sounding board between individuals sharing the same interests. We hope to contribute to a continuation of the collaborative learning that took place in the MHPE and PhD training.

Who are the SHEILA members?
Our alumni of SHEILA are owners of a Master in Health Professions Education (MHPE) degree or a PhD degree from the School of Health Professions of Maastricht University. 
 
What do we offer?

• SHEILA activities: We can imagine that alumni will request and conduct workshops for each other, inform each other about lessons learned, and in general catch up with each other again. In 2010 we plan to organise a SHE alumni gathering which will take place at the AMEE conference (06/09/2010) in Glasgow.  

• SHE Communicates: You will receive our electronic newsletter 'SHE Communicates' several times times a year. SHE communicates informs you about topics in health professions education and offers insights into the various ways in which health professions education is structured and organised in different countries. 'SHE Communicates' will also keep you abreast of the latest news concerning the SHE programme.
