International experience
The master's in Medicine is a programme in Dutch that allows you to look beyond national borders. Internationalisation is considered very important and has a prominent position in the programme. The clinical rotations as well as the Research Participation and Patient Care Participation focus on intercultural communication with patients, health care systems abroad and give students experience in how to handle ethical issues.Outgoing masterstudents Medicine

Moreover, students doing a master's in Medicine at other European universities (e.g. Finland, Germany, Italy and Belgium) can participate in our English programme for exchange students. However, a good command of Dutch is required to take part in the clinical rotations. This offers you a great opportunity to establish international contacts. Later, as a doctor, you will definitely benefit from this experience.
