Admission requirements
- A biomedical bachelor’s degree (e.g. biomedical health or life sciences, biology, pharmacy, biomedical engineering), including a list of grades
- Medical students who have finished at least three years of their medical studies and wish to do the research track of the medical curriculum can also apply
- For non-European applicants who have their undergraduate degree in a language other than English must have one of the following qualifications:
- an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test with a minimum score of 6.5
- a Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a minimum score of 600 paper-based (the TOEFL code for Maastricht University is 7102)
- Students who have completed a relevant one-year master’s programme, or professionals in the medical or life sciences fields can also be accepted, provided that the entry level is adequate
- Applicants must possess all basic computer skills, including word processing, presentation design, database management, etc.
