Curriculum vitae
Jie Wang (1985) got his bachelor degree of law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in China in 2007. During the following three years he worked as researching assistant for the famous IP scholar Kaizhong Hu in Center for Studies of Intellectual Property Rights and then got his Master degree in intellectual property law. In 2010, he succeeded to be a Phd candidate under the supervision of Professor Hu, and after a year, he got a fund from CSC to further his Phd research supervised by Professor Sanders in Maastricht University. In 2012, he will spend a year on working as guest researcher in Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Competition Law. During his four years’ study for Phd degree in Maastricht University, he will focus on how to enforce the copyright on the internet.
