Curriculum Vitae
Laura Tilindyte was born in 1982 in Kaunas (Lithuania). In 2005, she graduated with a Bachelor of International Relations from the Dresden University of Technology in Germany. Laura studied in Göteborg, Sweden (exchange student) and, after the completion of her studies, she worked as a trainee in the Lithuanian and then in the German Parliament (Bundestag). In 2007, she completed the Magister Iuris Communis Programme (LL.M.) at Maastricht University with a specialisation in European Economic and Social Regulation (cum laude). In September 2007, Laura joined the Maastricht Institute for Transnational Legal Research (METRO), where she is currently working on a doctoral thesis on the enforcement of occupational health and safety (OHS) regulation.
