Curriculum Vitae
Fernando Souza de Man (1984) graduated in 2009 from the University of Maastricht with a Master in International and European Tax Law. As of September 2009 he is working as a Junior Researcher in the Tax Law Department. He is currently writing his doctoral thesis, under supervision of Prof. Dr. Rainer Prokisch, on problems that arise due to conflicting interests between developed and developing coutries when signing Double Tax Conventions. Previously he worked for law firms in Brazil, dealing with tax and corporate law issues.
