During her studies, she participated in the European Law Moot Court Competition (2006/2007), took part in the Project Talent Scouting and was a student assistant on several occasions. As of 1 September 2008, Eveline Ramaekers is working as a junior researcher at the Faculty of Law, Maastricht University. Her PhD research, under supervision of Prof. dr. The project aims to create a framework for further conceptualisation of property law in Europe by making an analysis of the existing and proposed measures in the acquis communautaire.
In October 2008, Eveline Ramaekers was a visiting lecturer at the China-EU School of Law, part of the China University for Political Science and Law, in Beijing. She is currently also working as technical editor for the Ius Commune Casebook Property Law (www.casebooks.eu).
