Curriculum vitae
Christina Peristeridou is a PhD candidate at the criminal law department. She obtained a law degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. She holds a master degree in European public law from Tilburg University from where she graduated cum laude.
She is a part of a research team working on the project “Towards a general part of Criminal Law for the European Union” and she focuses on the legality principle under the supervision of Prof. Dr. André Klip and Dr. David Roef. The project aims at the creation of a general part of European criminal law by merging common elements inducted by the Member States’ systems with elements found in the European Union.
Christina Peristeridou teaches European criminal law and comparative criminal procedure.
