Curriculum Vitae
Willem Loof (1984) holds a law degree from Maastricht University (2009). During his studies he was active in the University Council and the Faculty Council. As of 15 November 2009, Willem Loof is working as a researcher at the Faculty of Law, Maastricht University. His PhD research, under supervision of Prof. dr. J.H.M. van Erp, focuses on the “contractualization” of ownership and aims to compare the English, French, German and Netherlands jurisdictions on this subject.
