Curriculum Vitae
Pablo Iglesias Rodríguez is a Researcher at the Montesquieu Institute, Faculty of Law, since June 2009. He holds a JD with a Law and Economics specialization (2002) an M.Phil in Applied Financial Economics (Honors, 2005) from the University of Vigo and a Master of Research from the European University Institute (2006).
His academic experience includes visiting research appointments at the University of Cambridge, Center for Business Research (2006), University College of London, Faculty of Laws (2007), Columbia University, School of Law (EUI Fellow, 2007), and Ghent University, Financial Law Institute (2008).
He was also an intern at the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in France (2005) and the European Commission, DG Internal Market and Services (2007).
His areas of research cover constitutional law, company law, financial markets regulation, legal theory, new institutional economics and securities law. At the Montesquieu Institute he will conduct research on issues related to Parliamentary control over market rules and regulators.
