Curriculum Vitae
Tobias Heldt was born in 1986 in Germany. In 2010 he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Maastricht University. Afterwards he stayed at Maastricht University to follow the Master Program of Globalization and Law. He graduated in 2011 and joined the Maastricht Institute for Transnational Legal Research (METRO) in October of this year. At METRO he is currently working on a doctoral thesis on a European Legal Framework for Nuclear Liability.
