Curriculum vitae
Nicola Gundt studied law at the Trier University, Germany when she came to Maastricht as an exchange student. After the exchange period, she decided to stay and enrolled as a regular student in 1998. She graduated from the European Law School programme in 2002. In September 2002 she started to work on a PhD project on comparative labour law at the Utrecht University. The research project contains a comparison of the Dutch and French law concerning the flexibility of individual labour agreements. Since September 1st Nicola works as a lecturer in the department of labour law teaching the courses Arbeid en Onderneming en Arbeidsrecht.
