Curriculum Vitae
Ms. Emilija Dodevska, a Marie Curie Fellow, is a PhD Candidate in the Department of International and European Law and the Human Rights Research School, at the Faculty of Law of Maastricht University, working within the program framework of the DREAM (Disability Rights Expanding Accessible Markets) network. Emilija Dodevska is also a member of the Human Rights Research School.
Ms.Dodevska’s PhD research focuses on non-discrimination, full and effective participation and inclusion of the people with disabilities in the society through understanding the relevant provisions of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Disabled People (2006).
Ms. Dodevska holds an LL.M (MSC) in International and European law from the Faculty of Law at the Utrecht University, the Netherlands. In addition, she has developed professionally through her engagement at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Vienna; the Humanitarian Law Centre in Belgrade; the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court in The Hague; and the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague.
