Curriculum Vitae
Tiiu Albin (1984) graduated in 2009 with a Master of International and European Tax Law from the Maastricht University and subsequently continued as a Junior Researcher at the faculty of law, tax law department. Currently she is writing her doctoral thesis on corporate taxation, more precisely, on the design of the CCCTB in relation with third countries and is supervised by Prof. Dr. Rainer Prokisch and Prof. Dr. Hans van den Hurk. Previously she had worked for the Estonian Tax and Customs Board and Ernst & Young Baltic and has also been a lecturer of the basic course of International and European Tax Law in the Public Service Academy of Estonia.

- 01.02.2008-31.01.2009 - Master in International and European Tax Law at the University of Maastricht. Topic of the thesis: “The Determination of Permanent Establishment on the Basis of Double Tax Treaties – Estonian Approach and Associated Problems”; supervisor – Rainer Prokisch, Ph.D, University of Munich;
